Özet
Kutula (BoxKeeper) çevrimdışı bir eşya ve kutu takip uygulamasıdır. Eklediğin eşya, kutu, oda, fotoğraf ve tüm envanter verilerin yalnızca cihazında saklanır ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Uygulamanın bir hesabı, girişi veya bulut senkronizasyonu yoktur. Tek istisna, uygulamayı ücretsiz tutan reklamlardır (Google AdMob).

2. Cihazında saklanan veriler
Girdiğin tüm içerik cihazının yerel depolamasında tutulur (Apple SwiftData veri tabanı ve fotoğraflar dosya sisteminde). Bunlar bize veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez:
- Eşya adları, notları, fiyat/alım tarihi ve garanti bilgileri
- Kutu, oda ve mekan bilgileri
- Çektiğin veya eklediğin fotoğraflar
- Kategoriler, etiketler ve konum geçmişi
Bu verilere yalnızca sen, kendi cihazından erişebilirsin. İstersen tümünü uygulama içinden silebilirsin (Ayarlar › Tüm Verileri Sil).
3. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama, ücretsiz kalabilmek için Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. AdMob, reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için cihazınızdan bazı verileri işleyebilir:
- Cihaz tanımlayıcıları (ör. reklam kimliği/IDFA), IP adresi
- Cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgileri, genel (kesin olmayan) konum
- Reklam etkileşimleri (görüntüleme, tıklama)
Bu veriler Google tarafından, Google'ın gizlilik politikası kapsamında toplanır ve işlenir. Ayrıntılar: Google Gizlilik Politikası ve AdMob veri kullanımı.
Uygulama eşya verilerinizi reklam ağlarıyla paylaşmaz; reklam SDK'sı yalnızca yukarıdaki reklam verilerini işler.
4. İzin ve rıza (ATT & UMP)
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): iOS, cihazlar arası takip için sizden izin ister. İzin vermezseniz yine reklam görürsünüz, ancak reklamlar size özel kişiselleştirilmez.
- Google UMP / rıza: Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara, geçerli düzenlemeler gereği bir rıza formu gösterilir.
5. Toplamadığımız veriler
Uygulama; ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, hesap veya ödeme bilgisi istemez ve toplamaz. Uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Eşya verileriniz için analiz/izleme aracı kullanılmaz.
6. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
7. Veri saklama ve silme
Envanter verileriniz siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Uygulamayı silmeniz veya Ayarlar › Tüm Verileri Sil seçeneğini kullanmanız, cihazdaki verileri kaldırır. AdMob tarafından işlenen reklam verileri için Google'ın saklama ilkeleri geçerlidir.
8. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)
Envanter verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda olduğundan bunlara doğrudan erişebilir, düzenleyebilir veya silebilirsiniz. Reklamla ilgili veriler için Google'a başvurabilir; cihaz ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları sınırlayabilirsiniz. Diğer talepleriniz için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
9. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.

Summary
Kutula (BoxKeeper) is an offline item and box tracking app. The items, boxes, rooms, photos and all inventory data you add are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server. The app has no account, no sign-in and no cloud sync. The only exception is advertising, which keeps the app free (Google AdMob).

2. Data stored on your device
Everything you enter is kept in your device's local storage (Apple's SwiftData database and photos in the file system). It is not transmitted to us or to any third party:
- Item names, notes, price/purchase date and warranty details
- Box, room and place information
- Photos you take or add
- Categories, tags and location history
Only you can access this data, from your own device. You can erase all of it inside the app at any time (Settings › Delete All Data).
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
To stay free, the app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process certain data from your device to serve and measure ads:
- Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID / IDFA), IP address
- Device and operating-system information, coarse (non-precise) location
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks)
This data is collected and processed by Google under Google's privacy policy. See the Google Privacy Policy and how AdMob uses data.
The app does not share your inventory data with ad networks; the ad SDK only processes the advertising data described above.
4. Permission & consent (ATT & UMP)
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): iOS asks for your permission for cross-app tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalized to you.
- Google UMP / consent: Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent form as required by applicable regulations.
5. Data we do not collect
The app does not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, accounts or payment information. There are no in-app purchases. No analytics or tracking tool is used for your inventory data.
6. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
7. Data retention & deletion
Your inventory data stays on your device until you delete it. Removing the app, or using Settings › Delete All Data, removes the data on the device. Advertising data processed by AdMob is subject to Google's retention practices.
8. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Because your inventory data is only on your device, you can access, edit or delete it directly. For advertising-related data you may contact Google; you can also reset your advertising identifier or limit personalized ads in your device settings. Contact us for any other requests.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above changes accordingly.
